Patient reports that on Wednesday, 10/01/25, he received the influenza vaccine in the left deltoid at (withheld) Behavioral Hospital. The following morning, he awoke with pain, numbness, and swelling in the right ankle. He states that over the next two days, the pain and numbness progressed up the right lower extremity to the point where he was limping. Pt went to the ED / (withheld) and he is under care of Worker compensation provider for a follow up
