Symptom narrative

The evening after the shot was given, Pt started not to feel well. She states she couldn't move her legs or arms. She rolled off of the couch because she wasn't able to stand or get up. A young man that helps her around the house came over to find her, and he also called another person over who suggested she go to the ER. She still couldn't move her arms or legs, couldn't walk. Her Blood pressure was very low in the ER she stated. She was admitted overnight for observation. By morning the next day, she felt better. She was discharged that day after 1 night hospitalization. Her PCP stated she not have any more vaccines after that.
