Symptom narrative

The incident in question is regarding an improper dose for the Engerix-B vaccine. The patient was supposed to receive the adult dose of 20 mcg, but was accidentally given the 10 mcg dose for younger people on 10/08/25. We later gave the patient the proper adult dose on 10/10/25. The patient did not report experiencing any symptoms or adverse events.
