Symptom narrative

Pt received two immunizations on the same arm on 9/10/2025 and he has been experiencing arm pain since the vaccination. It has been more than a month and he will go to urgent care for treatment today per pt's mother.

Medical history

Diabetes, multiple sclerosis, glaucoma, depression, seborrheic dermatitis

Other medications

Adderall, Omeprazole, Zepbound, Ciclopirox, Baclofen, Acyclovir, trazodone, latanoprost, bupropion, diclofenac, ketoconazole shampoo, Minoxidil, Baqsimi (prn), Novolog.
