Symptom narrative

Hearing in left ear is muffled, loud or abrupt sounds are painful, tinnitus with varying volume, vertigo or dizziness intermittently, pressure in left ear.

Current illness

none at all. I felt absolutely fine.

Medical history

Asthma - controlled by allergy shots (last allergy shot was exactly 1 week before vaccine).

Other medications

mini pill, montelukast, magnesium, vitamin D, fexofenadine, gabapentin 300mg at bedtime, losartin-HCTZ, omeprazole, lovastatin, Phentermine.

Allergies

Bupropion (night sweats and insomnia), amoxycillin (massive digestive upset),

Lab data

Visited PA to look in ears for an ear infection. Clear. Going to Ear, Nose and Throat doctor tomorrow, 10/15/2025.
