Symptom narrative

Chest pain, jaw pain, difficulty breathing, light headed, difficult to concentrate. Worsened throughout the day. Sought help at urgent care for possible heart attack, EKG showed nothing. They transported patient to the hospital emergency department for many tests including X-Rays, CT Scans, Ultrasounds, and blood tests. They administered aspirin, nitroglycerin and acetaminophen, recommending 600mg ibuprofen every 8 hours. I continued on the ibuprofen for two more days at the request of patient's PSP who diagnosed this as an allergic reaction to the flu vaccine. He missed two days of work, after which he seems to have recovered completely.
