9/30/25 MOTHER CALLED IN REGARDING TESTICLES BEING SWOLLEN AND I PLACED HER ON HOLD WHILE I SPOKE W/ PCP - PCP RECOMMENDED ER. INFORMED MOTHER TO GO TO ER AND SHE STATED THAT SHE WOULD TAKE HIM. 10/1/25 Called and spoke w/ mother regarding ER Visit and she stated that they agreed that the swollen genitals was caused by the vaccine he received the day prior. She added that his vitals were all normal, except for his heart being a little elevated and that they were eventually cleared to go home.
