Symptom narrative

Since vaccination was received I have experienced extreme left arm soreness from date of vaccination to present, inability to lift my left arm more than a 30 degree angle, limited use of my left arm, inability to sleep on my left side, extreme pain that causes sleeplessness, radiating pain into left armpit; doctor?s visit; receiving Physical Therapy treatment currently.
