Symptom narrative

Patient stated that shortly after receiving vaccine in left arm, her arm produced a lump but in the bicep area that was lumpy and itchy and hurt to the touch. She received 3 vaccines on same day. Two in the left arm (shingles and covid) and flu immunization in the right arm.

Medical history

Hypertension, Hypothyroidism, Rheumatoid Arthritis, previous history of clots from IV

Other medications

Kevzara injection, Gabapentin 300mg, Losartan 50mg, Leflunomide 20mg, omeprazole 40mg, Furoseminde 20mg, Levothyroxine 50mcg, Trazodone 150mg, Promethazine 25mg,Hydroxizine Pamoate 25mg

Allergies

Codeine, Steroids, Morphine, Penicillin, Methotrexate, Sulfa, Tricyclic antidepressants

Lab data

After speaking with the patient, I advised her to follow up with her primary doctor. She was then referred to get MRI.
