I've been have so much stress in the last year; at time the pain is so unbearable; They said they forgot to take the second dose; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via interactive digital media and described the occurrence of stress in a 71-year-old female patient who received Herpes zoster (Herpes Zoster vaccine) for prophylaxis. Co-suspect products included Herpes zoster (Herpes Zoster vaccine) for prophylaxis. Family history included sudden death (patient's husband passing so suddenly). On an unknown date, the patient received the 1st dose of Herpes Zoster vaccine and the did not receive 2nd dose of Herpes Zoster vaccine. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Herpes Zoster vaccine, the patient experienced stress (Verbatim: I've have so much stress in the last year), pain (Verbatim: at time the pain is so unbearable) and incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: They said they forgot to take the second dose). The outcome of the stress and pain were not reported and the outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. It was unknown if the reporter considered the stress and pain to be related to Herpes Zoster vaccine. The patient reported that it happened to be the worst pain had, got one shingles shot and forgot to get the 2nd one. The patient was mentioned had so much stress in the last year, with her husband passing so suddenly that her word had been in shambles since. At time the pain was so unbearable that felt giving up.
