Other Case identifier(s): AE-021146 (BioNTech), 2025SA138951 (SANOFI). A 74-year-old female patient (not pregnant) received BNT162b2 (BNT162B2 NOS), as dose number unknown, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. The following information was reported: VACCINATION SITE PRURITUS (non-serious), VACCINATION SITE ERYTHEMA (non-serious), outcome "unknown" and all described as "mild Itching and redness at the covtd shot Injection site/similar reactions with previous covid vaccines".
