No additional AEs; The nurse is reporting that a patient received improperly stored vaccine.; This spontaneous report was received from a Nurse and refers to a patient of unknown age and gender. The patient's medical history, concurrent conditions and concomitant therapies were not reported. On 23-Sep-2025, the patient was vaccinated with Varicella Virus Vaccine Live (Oka-Merck) (VARIVAX) solution for injection (lot #Z008082, expiration date: 28-Apr-2027) 1 dosage form (1 dose), administered by unknown route as prophylaxis. The vaccine was reconstituted with sterile diluent (no details reported). The vaccine was administered after being improperly stored: temperature: 35.4F, time frame: 2 hours 45 minutes (Product storage error). No previous temperature excursion. No additional AEs were reported. The outcome of the events was unknown. The action taken with Varicella Virus Vaccine Live (Oka-Merck) (VARIVAX) was not reported, but established as not applicable.
