Symptom narrative

No additional AE; inadvertently VARIVAX was administered to 5 month old child back on 7/24/2025.; This spontaneous report was received from a Nurse and refers to a currently 7-month-old male patient. The patient's medical history, concurrent conditions, concomitant therapies, drug reactions or allergies were not reported. On 24-Jul-2025, the patient was vaccinated with the first dose of Varicella Virus Vaccine Live (Oka-Merck) (VARIVAX) (lot #Z003882, expiration date: 03-Feb-2027) (strength, route of administration, anatomical location not provided) as prophylaxis; back at the age of 5-months old. No additional adverse event was reported.
