Stroke of left frontoparietal region complicated by left internal carotid stenosis with right arm and leg weakness and ataxia

Amlodipine 10mg daily, alendronate 70mg every 7 days, lisinopril 5mg daily, omeprazole 20mg 4 days per week, Calcium Citrate-Vitamin D 315-5 MG-MCG tablet

Troponin undetectable, urine drug screen negative, serum alcohol level 32, MR brain showed Acute subcentimeter lacunar infarctions in the left periventricular white matter and frontoparietal region and CTA head and neck showed 50-79% stenosis of left internal carotid artery.
