Symptom narrative

Pt began with full body hives and flushing approximately 3-4 hours after administration of vaccine. Pt was no longer in school at that time and was home under the care of his mother, who reported that pt did not have any coughing/SOB/tongue/lip swelling. Mom gave Zrytec 10 mg and continued to administer Zrytec daily for 4 days with full resolution of rash. Pt was not seen by any medical provider during that time, but does have documented cell phone pictures of rash.
