Patient has been vomiting since late last night 10/15/25 into 10/16/25, recommended fluids. If unable to keep down fluids seek medical attention as dehydration can lead to complications. Recommended to go to urgent care if symptoms don't improve, will be following up with patient regarding his reaction.
