only a very sore arm; This spontaneous case was reported by a consumer and describes the occurrence of PAIN IN EXTREMITY (only a very sore arm) in a patient of an unknown age and gender who received mRNA-1273.251 (Spikevax LP.8.1 PFS) for COVID-19 prophylaxis. Concurrent medical conditions included General physical health deterioration (other health issues). In 2025, the patient received dose of mRNA-1273.251 (Spikevax LP.8.1 PFS) (unknown route) 1 dosage form. In 2025, the patient experienced PAIN IN EXTREMITY (only a very sore arm). At the time of the report, PAIN IN EXTREMITY (only a very sore arm) outcome was unknown. No concomitant medications were reported. It was reported that the patient took Moderna Covid-19 vaccine for first time in 2020 and had many reactions. But with newest Moderna vaccine, the patient described the reactions as virtually none but only a very sore arm. The patient waited for this time for the reaction to hit the patient. It was reported that patient was not a young person and had other health issues, so the patient needed to get an update for Covid. No treatment medications were reported.
