Symptom narrative

Patient received vaccine 10/10/25 and noticed 10/15/2025 that her arm below the vaccine site started turning red and felt warm. Since first noticing her entire lower half of her arm has also turned red and is warm. No itching. Md prescribed Doxycyline prophylactically and patient is using 1% hydrocortisone
