Symptom narrative

Patient was seen in office for their 1 year physical date 09/26/2025. Mother states no fevers or symptoms day of vaccines given. However, mom noticed patient had decreased appetite starting 10/05/2025 with no other symptoms. She did notice patient was unable to balance and walk on 10/07/2025 still refusing to eat as usual. Patient had an in person sick appointment same day Dr. sent patient out for labs and x-ray, all normal labs just showed high inflammation with no bacterial infection. She has kept an eye out and followed up with us for a phone call appointment 10/16/2025 patient has made a full recovery and is doing much better now and is able to walk.
