Symptom narrative

Patient was given a repeat vaccination of their RSV shot. The patient originally got it 10/18/2023 and they did not remember. Pts wife remembered her getting it and was surprised when husband hadn't. Pharamcist did not check profile well and administered the vaccine incorrectly. Patient is not experiencing any side effects from the duplicate shot.
