Symptom narrative

Inappropriate schedule of vaccine administered/2nd dose not received yet; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a 79-year-old male patient who did not receive Herpes zoster (Shingles vaccine) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (1 dose shingles vaccine (the product was not verified) about 2 years ago in 2023). The patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingles vaccine. The patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: Inappropriate schedule of vaccine administered/2nd dose not received yet). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 30-SEP-2025 The patient received the first dose of a 2-dose shingles vaccine (the product was not verified) about 2 years ago and never went back to receive the second dose. The patient did not have any lot/expiry/route/and was not completely sure about the location of administration but stated he normally gets vaccines in his right arm because he was left-handed. The patient was looking for a new healthcare provider and can provide that information on the form if safety follows up with him.
