Symptom narrative

After Patient received vaccine a few minutes later reported shortness of breath and was having some episodes of hyperventilation. Face was flushed. Breath sounds were auscultated and normal. a few minutes after sitting down, patient returned to normal tempo breathing. No interventions needed, patient calmed down, drank water and stayed with nurse for about 20-30 minutes.
