Administered immunization within 10 sec his color of his face was pale, he got dizzy and passed out, MA was able to catch up and lie him back on the exam table, he then had upper extremity posturing. Loss of consciousness for 20-30 seconds, came to but was confused. He sat up and then threw up. Gave him some water and after 2 minutes his color came back, full consciousness. Had him wait in room for 10 min and he was back to normal, able to stand and walk out on his own. Followed up the next day he did great, no other symptoms, practiced football, ate and slept well.
