Symptom narrative

Patient received shot and states feeling it "run down" her arm internally away from the injection site. The next day she noticed redness at injection site and a firm, hard, nodule moving down her arm. The nodule was tender to the touch and warm, then faded but remained itchy. Reported due to the swelling/nodule being significantly (6" or more) away from the vaccine site.
