Mom called office on 10/16/2025 at 3:27pm stating patient was not feeling well, states she "felt warm" and complained of chest pain. Parent advised to call 911 or bring child for medical evaluation at ER or Urgent Care. 10/17/25 at 12:14pm placed call to mother who reports she did not bring child for medical evaluation. She states after calling DOH on 10/16/25 she asked patient about chest pain and patient stated it was 0 out of 10. She reports patient still feeling unwell and "warm" but states she does not have thermometer to check child's temperate. This nurse encouraged her to bring child for medical evaluation of symptoms.
