Symptom narrative

Patient tolerated well during vaccination. 5 minutes later patient reported nausea. Patient requested to sit up, not lay down. Patient and parent decided to leave against RN advice. In waiting area, patient fell down and hit head. Parent reported seizure-like activity, but it was not seen by RN. Ambulance was called and patient was seen by EMTs.
