Symptom narrative

Patient received Abrysvo RSV vaccine 09/25-25. She states that the rest of the day she was nauseas. The next day she reports cough that lasted 3-4 days. On days 4-5 after receiving the vaccine she developed a viral rash, and on days 6-7 she was having heavy mucus which culminated on days 7 and 8 when she was traveling having SOB for which she went to a local ER and got codeine cough syrup and tylenol. She is back home now and her Dr. diagnosed her with bronchitis for which he is treating her.
