Symptom narrative

9/9/2025 got flu shot. 10/8/2025 Left eye bleeding, two big toes around nail swollen and pain. 10/10/2025 right eye bleeding. Left leg joint pain. 10/12/2025 Right leg joint pain. Swollen of the ears, nose and throat. every morning bleeding in the phlegm from lungs. X-ray showed in flammatory. left side headache. 10/`23/2025 blood test reached dangerious numbers. `and urine test shows urine bleeding 3+. there's blood 3+ and protein. doctor asked to go hosipital emergence ([name withheld] hpsipital & [name withheld] Medical Center (MRN: withheld). Doing dialysis treatment (3 times/week now)
