Symptom narrative

Patient reports that on Saturday, October 11 at 11:00am - he began to feel right upper back pain near right shoulder. Patient states he took Advil, which provided temporary relief. Patient states that on Sunday morning, October 12, pain returned, worse than the previous day, but on Monday October 13, the pain resolved without medication. Patient states on Tuesday, October 14, he began to feel tingling, weakness, numbness in his right fingers and arm. He got an MRI and went to see his doctor with (withheld) Healthcare System, (withheld) Hospital - Dr. on Friday, October 17. Doctor prescribed steroids, but the patient stated symptoms are slowly resolving, a little bit more each day, so he has not taken the prescribed steroids. Patient states he is currently taking Aleve for relief.
