Symptom narrative

Patient said that she had a typical sore arm after getting the vaccination. Nothing any different than when she's had other vaccines. The soreness seemed to linger longer than usual for several months making lifting objects or using her arm uncomfortable. Now after 4 months, she is reporting this to us. She said it has gotten better and she's able to lift objects and when her arm is at rest, it's not sore at all. But when she uses it to wrap a towel around her or dress herself then its sore. I advised her to talk to her doctor also.
