Patient came in 10/17/25 reporting she had local reaction to third dose of Twinrix vaccine from 10/09/25 - redness swelling some itching - pt took benadryl to relieve itching - pt will follow up with dr with any additional issues seems to be all going away now but wanted to let us know.
