Symptom narrative

Pt started bleeding and the injection site swelled up within a minute. The patient got very dizzy and white and had a cold sweat. We put an ice pack on her neck and the injection site and took her blood pressure. After about 10-15 minutes, she was feeling better and could walk to her car.
