received 1st dose 4 years ago; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via interactive digital media and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (received 1st dose 4 years ago). On an unknown date, the patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingrix. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: received 1st dose 4 years ago). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK receipt date: 03-OCT-2025 This case was reported by a patient via interactive digital media.
