Patient reports localized swelling and itching in arms beginning after vaccination. Swelling (to tennis ball size) and itching of one arm has not subsided. Advised patient to go to urgent care or see a provider right away. Patient said they were unable to until Monday. Advised patient to use OTC allergy medication, apply ice, and go to urgent care/provider. Patient stated they will see routine provider on Monday and go to ER,
