Symptom narrative

Patient developed swelling face (including hives), red nose and swollen lips and cheeks with redness; took claritin and put hydrocortisone 1%. He experienced the swollen adverse reactions around 4:00am following the shot of 12:00pm the day before. Prior to this in April he experienced the allergic similar but not as severe as this one from the COVID 2024-2025 vaccine.

Current illness

none, but previously had this swelling on face, nose and lips and cheeks are reddish, from covid vaccine (not as bad as this time) in April 2025. but at this time he has developed hives in October 17, 2025. mostly resolved now only upper lips swollen.
