PT REPORTS RIGHT LYMPH NODES IN HER NECK FEELING TENDER AND INFLAMED. SHE REPORTS THAT LAST NIGHT THERE WAS ALMOST NO SYMPTOMS BUT THIS MORNING THE TENDERNESS WAS THERE AGAIN.
