Injection site pain

Symptom narrative

Patient called the pharmacy on 10/18/2025 stating that her shoulder/arms still hurts from a influenza vaccine that she received on 10/06/25 from our pharmacy. She said that the pain was localized to the injection area, not tingly down the arm or radiating. I advised patient that if the pain persists to contact her primary care provider for care and assessment.
