Symptom narrative

Systemic: Allergic: Difficulty Breathing-Mild, Systemic: Allergic: Itch (specify: facial area, extremeties)-Medium, Additional Details: Patient called into pharmacy, she went home post vaccination and drove home just fine. Patient reported that about 2-3 hours later, she felt like she was having an allergic reaction and was itchy and her throat was scratchy. Ended up needing epi-pen but went to emergency room. Called after she was home and doing well.
