82 you female received two vaccine on 10-18-25 around 3pm. administration went smoothly. Patients husband called me 930 am the next am around 1030am. He said that she had had two vaccines the day before and this am she cannot get out of bed. He said that her oxygen was 88. I recommended that she see a doctor, that he needs or I need to call EMS. I talked with patient later around 3pm and she said she was heading to the ER.
