not the 2nd dose; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via interactive digital media and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a patient who did not receive Herpes zoster (Shingles vaccine) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingles vaccine (received 1st dose of vaccine in 2022). The patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingles vaccine. The patient had incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: not the 2nd dose). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 27-SEP-2025 Patient had received one dose of the vaccine in 2022 but did not get the second dose. He/she was not sure whether he/she should have just received the second dose or started the series over. The batch number was not provided, and we are unable to contact the reporter.
