Symptom narrative

Donor stated that she had reaction to the Tenivac immunization approximately an hour after leaving the center on October 1, 2025. Donor stated that she began vomiting an hour after receiving immunization, that continue until approximately 5 am the next morning. Donor also reported radiating pain from left shoulder blade down to the tips of fingers which continued until October 3, 2025. Donor stated all symptoms resolved as of 10/03/25.
