Symptom narrative

The vaccine is kept frozen, but the immunizing person did not realize it wasn't thawed. The vaccine was attempted to be administered, but the needle became bent and the vaccine was unable to be given. The immunizer thought there was something wrong with that specific vaccine and attempted to administer a second vaccine from the same box. The same result ensued and that vaccine was unable to be administered. The patient reported a sore arm, but otherwise no other symptoms. The patient returned at a later date and was able to receive the vaccine.
