Adverse Event - patient received 2 doses of the Moderna Spikevax vaccine at the same appointment. Treatment - patient was advised on potential side effects/health risks, monitored for a short period of time and was called later in the day to verify no symptoms or adverse reactions. Outcomes - patient has not experienced any adverse reactions and was provided with info given to me by Moderna and CDC guidlelines.
