Systemic: pt said left arm felt warm for few minutes after vaccine but she wasn't sure if it was from shot-Mild, Additional Details: Patient had appt for flu and covid vaccine. She thought she had cancelled the flu shot because she had received it at MD's office a few weeks ago. She thought she was just getting covid because she had seen the covid box. She didn't realize til tech was ready to give second vaccine that she had forgot to cancel flu appt. By that time she had already been given the flu vaccine. She decided to skip covid vaccine for today, We need inform her doctor that she received fluad today .
