Symptom narrative

Systemic: Dizziness / Lightheadness-Mild, Systemic: Fainting / Unresponsive-Mild, Additional Details: Patient with vasovagal episode in the waiting room witness by mother after receiving COVID vaccine. Mom reports she helped guide the patient to the ground when patient had episode, declines any head injury or hitting her head. Patient reports (+) LOC for a few seconds, verified with mom. States that prior to vasovagal episode she had blurry vision, but felt fine after administration. Patient and mom report patient with history of vasovagal episodes with needles.
