Systemic: Allergic: Rash Generalized-Mild, Additional Details: Patient came to the pharmacy 3 days after the date of vaccination and reported an itchy rash right above the right arm fold after the vaccination. I counseled to continue taking Zyrtec and put a cold compress. I counseled to contact a physician if the rash doesn't resolve after a week.
