Systemic: Dizziness / Lightheadness-Mild, Systemic: patient was nervous , got pale lips ,pt fell to the floor while walking under immunizer supervision , but did not lose consciousness ,immunizer was monitoring him while father was getting a vaccine, he got better and was ok to go-Mild
