Site: Pain at Injection Site-Mild, Systemic: NA-Mild, Additional Details: The patient is 77 years old. Patient was given the wrong dose of the flu vaccine (was given the flu vaccine recommended for <64 years old). Should have been fluzone high dose per CDC recommended age, or fluad.
