Systemic: Dizziness / Lightheadness-Severe, Systemic: Fainting / Unresponsive-Severe, Systemic: Weakness-Medium, Additional Details: patient fainted and fell 5 minutes after his vaccination. He recovered and was fine after couple minutes lying on the floor. EMS came and checked on him.
