Symptom narrative

Systemic: Dizziness / Lightheadness-Mild, Systemic: Shakiness-Mild, Additional Details: Approximately 15 minutes after vaccination, child was looking at items in aisle and appeared to start shaking and loose balance. Child had to sit on floor to regain balance and then mother picked her up and sat with child in a chair.. Child became pale and right arm continued to shake. Child was also breathing rapidly, but never lost consciousness and never bumped her head. Paramedics responded and checked vitals.
